Dr. Lacey Dupré and Ellen Geiss will be co-leading this powerful Anger Workshop - joining forces to bring this necessary work to our community.
SAcred Seed Syllables and QiGong Movements for the Wood Phase (where anger is harbored in the Body) Then we’ll go into the Guided Temper Tantrum - with time to reflect and express via writing or drawing afterwards.
Sharing is then available and optional.

Needle-Free Acupuncture
Acupuncture has 2 distinct lineages:
Insertion needling and
Non-Insertion needling.

The common, filiform needles that are inserted into the skin are what we think of as 'Acupuncture'.
But there is another type, one that is more gentle, feminine and effective: non-insertion 'Needling' where the 'needle' touches the surface of the skin. This second lineage uses the 'teishin' to access the channels and subtle body.
In Japan, this method of treatment has been well established since the 17th century.
